El Centro de día de la Residencia Tercera Edad de Torrente presenta opiniones muy dispares: mientras algunos usuarios elogian sinceramente el trato cariñoso y la limpieza de las instalaciones, especialmente durante los cuidados al final de la vida, hay denuncias graves sobre negligencia en la supervisión de residentes y falta de respuesta ante situaciones de emergencia. Las críticas sobre la falta de transparencia en las visitas y limitaciones en el acceso a las áreas comunes contrastan con los testimonios positivos sobre la dedicación del equipo.

We found an elderly man walking down the avenue with an intubation. We called, asking for someone to pick him up, but they ignored us. It's a disgrace how much this nursing home cares about our elderly. They warned him he was drunk when the man couldn't drink, and yet they left him alone. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF SHAMELESS PEOPLE!! Two friends of mine had to take him in because otherwise they would have left him like a stray dog.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the care my grandmother received, may she rest in peace. Although she couldn't enjoy the residence, especially the gardens, which she longed for most, as she yearned to be outdoors, something she couldn't do at her previous residence, which I won't even bother mentioning. Thank you for caring for her during her last three days. After all, I was relieved to know that at least they looked after her until the very end.
