La residencia cuenta con un personal de cuidados dedicado y atento que proporciona una atención de calidad a los residentes, como evidencian las experiencias positivas de familias satisfechas con el trato recibido. Sin embargo, existen problemas significativos en la gestión y comunicación: la dirección ejerce presión excesiva sobre los empleados, hay inconsistencias en la atención al público (especialmente en horario de tarde) y falta de transparencia en la información, lo que genera desconfianza entre usuarios y familiares.

    First of all, I want to congratulate all the staff, both medical and non-medical, for their dedication and excellent work every day. Their effort is undoubtedly what sustains the smooth operation of the residence. However, this message is for the management of the center, as they are the main cause of all the problems. Not only is unnecessary pressure exerted on the workers, but they are also threatened and their professionalism is questioned using false information. Simply asking the residents directly would be enough to verify the quality of care and the professionalism of the staff, as well as the appreciation they feel for them. It seems that management is looking for employees who don't joke around, who don't create a friendly atmosphere, and who even limit interaction with the residents. This demonstrates a profound lack of empathy on their part. Could they possibly imagine that those same people who are there could be them in the future? Or their mother or father? For the residents, the residence is their home, and the affection, camaraderie, and sense of humor of the staff are essential for their emotional well-being. Stop suffocating your workers like that and start taking action when it's really necessary.

    The person who helped me yesterday afternoon didn't identify themselves, didn't want to give me any information, and was very curt. They told me to call back in the morning, and when I did, they told me it was public... Couldn't an afternoon employee even give me that information?

    I have my grandmother here, and I'm truly happy. Both with the treatment she receives and the service. It's hard to find a nursing home where people are truly cared for, but this one is. My grandmother doesn't have bedsores despite being wheelchair-bound; she's always clean. They take very good care of her. I'm delighted. Thank you.

    La directora Ana no es buena. No es de fiar. Te pone una cara delante y luego cuando requieres hablar con ella todo son excusas. No la recomiendo. No lleven aquí a sus familiares. No es nada recomendable.
