El Centro de día de la Residencia de Massamagrell destaca por su equipo altamente profesional y dedicado, con personal muy atento y servicios de calidad como comida casera y atención psicológica, lo que ha generado gran satisfacción entre las familias. Sin embargo, existen puntos a mejorar como la gestión de prendas de ropa que desaparecen, la actitud distante de la dirección y la falta de mayor dotación de recursos para los mayores.

I am very happy and grateful for the care my parents are receiving. From the caregivers, physiotherapist, nurses, psychologists, social worker, activity coordinator, cooks, reception staff... EVERYONE... is very professional, takes the utmost care of my parents' well-being, and is always attentive to them.

Hello!!! I didn't want to leave a review; what my heart wants is to thank everyone, from management, to the center's staff, to the driver... The service is spectacular, and I'm very grateful for everything.

The staff are attentive and caring, the food is homemade and cooked on-site, and the psychology service is very good, but... the director seems a bit stiff and distant, and... quite a few items of clothing go missing despite being labeled with the resident's number. That service should be better managed by the coordinator and the laundry staff. As for the medical service, it seems like they aren't emotionally involved; I suppose that's a defense mechanism on their part.

We moved my mother-in-law from a private school to this one, and my grandmother was here too. Of course, I don't know what criteria they use to select the workers, but I can assure you that they're dedicated and that we're leaving them in the best hands. It's a shame they don't provide more resources for our seniors. We're delighted ♥️

The way all the staff treat the residents is spectacular. I'm so happy with this residence; my mother has been there for a month, and I'm happier every day, even though it's not very close to home. Just seeing how they work with the elderly and how caring everyone is with them makes it deserve five stars, and more, because there aren't any...
