    The staff's customer service is excellent, but I'm only giving one star because of the owner's treatment of his employees. He doesn't pay them for nights or holidays. If they work nights and finish at 7 a.m., the owner considers that their day off, even though it's clearly a day off. Their wages are pitiful, and they work incredibly hard, which I know firsthand. The facilities are in a terrible state, with leaks and other problems. A 10 for the staff, a 0 for the owner for being greedy.

    We still give the residents a 10, but the owner and the center a 0, right? We agree that the salaries are terrible, the work is excessive, and only ONE employee is responsible for 46 residents each night. They don't pay for the nights or the rooms; there's even feces on the walls. Out of 46 menus they're supposed to order, they only order half, and the staff have to scramble to get enough food for everyone. And there are 40,000 other problems. Any family members with even a shred of compassion shouldn't put their own families here... A kiss for the residents, who are the only thing worthwhile about that "HOME."

    I think it's a nice, very clean place with a dedicated staff. I appreciate the way they treat my father. And you have to be patient.

    The place is very pleasant, spacious, and bright. They provide excellent care, and the residents never get bored. It's easily accessible and easy to find. My grandmother has been there since December and is very happy. More than a retirement home, it's a big family. The affection they give the residents, the activities, the special diets, and the physical therapy—everything in general—I give them a 10 out of 10. Thank you for loving Lucia and making her feel like part of this big family. I just want to wish them continued success. Never change; the staff are pure love.
