Opiniones

Frankly, it's the last place anyone wants to leave a loved one. I understand there are a lot of people, but every person who enters there deserves special treatment. They've come a long way, lived through many experiences, for the final steps of their life to be like this. They wander the halls unsupervised, unhygienic, the vast majority waiting to be treated. All I ask is that they care for them the way they want to be cared for.

They don't treat my father-in-law well. They won't even let him go for a walk, even though he was perfectly capable. He feels like he's in prison. They give him medication that's far too strong so he won't bother them. The best person there is Pili, who would sit a meter away to listen to our conversation. It was absolutely awful!

I've only known the residence for a few days, but it seems magnificent to me. The staff is very friendly, and I think the people there must be incredibly happy and well cared for—that's the impression I've gotten. I hope my father, who recently arrived, will share the same opinion. He's been happy since day one.

Very good rest home with professional and very friendly staff.

It's filthy, the girls have no training. They treat my father like a prisoner. They give them cocktails of drugs so they won't cause any trouble.
