El Centro de día para mayores Ferrusola recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian genuinamente la dedicación, amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal, especialmente de ciertos miembros del equipo, otros denuncian discrepancias significativas entre la presentación inicial y la realidad diaria, señalando problemas con la comida, higiene, insuficiencia de personal y trato desigual entre usuarios. Esta división extrema entre experiencias muy positivas y muy negativas sugiere inconsistencias en la calidad del servicio que merecen ser revisadas por la dirección.

I've put one because it won't let me put zero, poor food, worse hygiene, poor staff, and different treatment of users even though they all pay the same. It's a shame, they're two-faced. They paint everything very nice when you go to hire, but day-to-day life is very different.

I'm giving one star because I can't give it less than 10. Appearances don't reflect the reality of everyday life. Very few staff members and high turnover. Poor food, poor hygiene, and double-dealing management. Not at all recommended.

There's a woman driving a van from the Ferrusola center in Seville East, driving recklessly and aggressively. She's a young woman with very short hair. She should be given road safety lessons, especially since she's driving a van that clearly displays the logo of a company that serves senior citizens.
