El Centro de día para mayores del Centro Residencial Tristán recibe opiniones mayoritariamente muy positivas destacando la calidad de la atención, el ambiente familiar y la dedicación del personal, con menciones específicas de profesionales como María de los Ángeles, Fátima y Adrián. My mother chose this nursing home and stayed there for six years. During this time, she has been very well cared for by the staff in a very family-like atmosphere. In this review, I can only express my deep gratitude to them for their work. Even with a small staff, they give their all for the residents. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I'm going to explain my particular case, which I WOULD NOT WISH ON ANYONE. My grandmother was like a mother to me, and that's why I always wanted the best for her. Unfortunately, my experience with this nursing home didn't live up to my expectations. I'm sharing our case in case anyone is considering this place for a loved one. My grandmother was taking an anticoagulant, and during a routine checkup, her blood pressure came out at 6, a value that, as far as I understand, requires extreme caution. Even so, the staff administered her usual dose, which resulted in her being hospitalized at Macarena Hospital. I filed a complaint form hoping for an investigation into what happened, but I have no evidence of any action being taken, and the professional involved continues to work there. My grandmother passed away a few months ago, and to this day, no one has called me to apologize for such an act. I encourage anyone considering this nursing home to speak directly with the residents and closely observe how the facility operates before making a decision. I also want to highlight some of the staff who demonstrated empathy and professionalism, such as María de los Ángeles (psychologist), Fátima (physiotherapist), and Adrián (doorman), as well as some of the assistants who treated both my grandmother and me well. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about some of the assistants and the director, whose attitude I'd rather not comment on because I'm a much more educated person than some people give myself credit for.

It was a wonderful experience for my grandfather Pepe; he left very satisfied. The nurses provided excellent care and were very attentive throughout. My sincerest thanks to the Tristán family for their outstanding work. By the way, "médico" (doctor) has an accent mark.
