El Centro de día del Centro de Mayores Guadaíra presenta opiniones muy polarizadas entre usuarios satisfechos que destacan el buen trato del personal y el ambiente acogedor, y críticas graves sobre negligencia en el cuidado, caídas no comunicadas y deterioro físico de residentes. Mientras algunos familiares valoran la atención diaria y profesionalismo del equipo, otros denuncian falta de vigilancia y comunicación deficiente con las familias, especialmente por parte de algunos miembros del personal como la recepcionista, siendo recomendable una visita personal y verificación de las condiciones reales

My comment is directed to Mr. FERNANDO L., I don't know who you are, but my mother has been there for four years. Yes, there are flaws like any nursing home. However, the treatment they give my mother and all the residents is exceptional. Every day I'm happier about the difficult, very difficult decision to take my mother to the nursing home. It was recommended to me, and if she's happy, I'm even happier. I do go almost every day. It's not worth taking our family member and not going to see them, not worrying about them. And no, I'm not a worker there, nor am I saying anything false. And if you'd like, I'd invite you to stop by and ask the residents or family members. We're a big family who help each other, and as I've said, there are flaws, but talking helps people understand each other. And if your family member lost weight and was in such poor condition, why didn't you say anything to the people in charge when you went to see him?

Susana, the receptionist, should understand that there are vulnerable people there, so the relatives who come to visit may have many concerns. More empathy toward family members wouldn't hurt. Simply sharing what you see can help improve.

Cuidado residencia peligrosa, un familiar mío estuvo varios meses en esta residencia, entro con sus funciones normales y peso normal y la sacamos en unos meses casi cadaver. Se les había caído varias veces, no te informan del daño sufrido, perdió muchísimo peso, entro andando normal y salió en silla de ruedas por las caídas sufridas por falta de atención, SI APRECIA EN ALGO A SU FAMILIAR NO LE INGRESE AQUI ADEMÁS TIENEN RESEÑAS FALSAS, DE EMPLEADOS DICIENDO QUE MUY BIEN, COMO SI FUERAN USUARIOS.

I recently had my father at Reifs Alcalá for a few days, when I had to travel and be away. I'm very happy and satisfied, and my father is delighted. Thanks to all the staff at the center, especially the social worker who welcomed us and María del Mar, with whom I was in contact by phone during those days to ask about my father. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our elderly patients.
