Centro de Día Gerhogar destaca por su equipo altamente profesional y compasivo, especialmente en terapia ocupacional, donde los usuarios reportan mejoras significativas en confianza, bienestar físico y social. Sin embargo, la política de cancelación y reembolsos de la residencia resulta inflexible y poco comprensiva ante circunstancias imprevistas, lo que ha generado insatisfacción en al menos uno de los usuarios.

A few days after booking a place at the day center, we were forced to move my father to a care home because the situation at home became unbearable. We hadn't used Gerhogar's services, and I informed them via WhatsApp (on the second day of the process) that we were cancelling the services. I tried to get a refund of the €100 deposit, but they told me it wasn't a justifiable reason for cancellation. Only a death or hospitalization would qualify.
