Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante relacionada con la gestión del aparcamiento y la accesibilidad, donde algunos vecinos reportan conflictos por estacionamiento inadecuado frente a garajes privados y la falta de soluciones estructurales como rampas de acceso.

Perfect. The staff is incredibly dedicated and always has a smile on their face. Professionalism, excellent customer service, and a real passion for their work. I think my father has been very happy going to this center. They do a fantastic job here.

Well, I only have words of gratitude for both the director and all the staff. They treat them with so much care, and the best part is that they treat them like adults, not like children, which is what I appreciate most. My mother has only been here for a month, but she has recovered so much, so all I can say is thank you.

Excellent day center. Very professional and friendly service. They offer a variety of activities for seniors, including physiotherapy, cognitive stimulation, recreational activities, and transportation, among others. Highly recommended.

I don't know what the employees' personal service is like, but we're fed up with them parking in front of our garage entrance and having to wait in the middle of the street. The worst is the woman with the taxi, who even argues with us. I don't know the mobility of the person who comes to pick us up, but they should park in the designated disabled parking space, not in front of the garage entrance. And if it's because of the ramp, the day center should invest in and install a ramp for the people they care for. In response to your message, I've spoken to a member of staff several times now. Sometimes the person is polite, and I respond politely. The reason I'm writing this is because, after repeatedly warning and requesting that this area, like the sidewalk used to be, is not for the use of their clients, the staff member wasn't very considerate or polite to a homeowner who just wants to access her garage. Thank you very much.

Words cannot express my gratitude to the entire team. My father has Alzheimer's, and since he started going to the Center, he has improved tremendously. It's incredible! Ángeles and her team are wonderful. They have helped both my father and me every step of the way. I can only say THANK YOU!
