El Centro de día para la 3ª edad ALOGAR recibe en su mayoría evaluaciones muy positivas, con usuarios destacando la profesionalidad del personal, la calidad de la atención, la limpieza y el trato afectuoso hacia los mayores. Sin embargo, existe una crítica grave sobre la gestión y el comportamiento de la directora, quien es acusada de ser manipuladora y de maltratar tanto a residentes como a empleados. A pesar de esta reseña negativa, la mayoría de las opiniones reflejan una experiencia satisfactoria y un cuidado de calidad.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. The manager is a liar and manipulative. Don't believe her when you visit the center; it's all just a facade. She mistreats both the residents and the staff. If you want decent care for your families, please don't go there. That center is a disgrace. That woman doesn't deserve any respect.

My mother has been at Alogar for three months, and we are very happy with the care and attention she receives. My mother passed away a little over a month ago. I want to thank everyone, and especially the director of the Alogar Day Center in Porriño, for all the help and support they gave us during my mother's palliative care. In all my visits and interactions with the center, I have only seen professionalism and excellent work. But above all, I have seen human kindness, which for me is the most important thing. We felt supported by the director, who was always attentive to any changes in her health, involved in her final care, caring, and always conveying serenity. I can only express my gratitude for their help during such a difficult time for the family, and with all our hearts, we give them 5 stars, although they deserve many more. Thank you.

The staff and owner were very friendly and attentive. In our case, our family member leaves home hunched over and barely able to move, but on the way back, they walk very well and are very happy. I highly recommend it; I can't give it more stars.
