My mother has been attending the Os Avós day center for a year, and our experience has been very positive. First of all, the facilities seem adequate to me: spacious, well-lit, and welcoming. The food is cooked on-site, and I think the menus are good. My mother, who is a very good cook and has a discerning palate, tells me they cook well, which is a guarantee that the food is good. The transportation pick-up times were also punctual; I should mention Jesús, who brought my mother every day. But most importantly, the staff has always treated my mother with affection. She has been cared for with dedication and love, and they have always attended to our requests. While my mother was at the center, I had peace of mind, knowing that she was well cared for and stimulated to maintain the physical and mental activity that is so important at this age. I want to especially thank the center's Director, Patri, for her willingness to help us during the adjustment period and throughout this year, her warmth and genuine commitment, her guidance and advice that have exceeded all expectations. I personally love the center and the professional staff they have. My aunt was there when it first opened, and we were delighted with the service. This day center is a 10 out of 10 in terms of food, cleanliness, and everything else, with incredibly attentive and caring staff. My mother has nothing but words of gratitude for everyone: Lorena, Marta, Quique, Félix... Special mention to Natalia and Patricia, who advised us every step of the way.

The way they pamper the elderly, the respect they show them, and the quality of their daily lives are impressive. They work their minds, reading the newspaper, but they don't just read it. I know they discuss the news afterwards, giving their opinions (I think that's so great). The gym has everything, and I know they love the dining room. Plus, they plant their tomatoes and other items in the outdoor garden. You can see their daily lives on social media, and you can see that at this center they care for and pamper our grandparents.
