El Centro de día A tu lado cuenta con un equipo de cuidadores dedicados y profesionales que generan confianza en los usuarios, destacando especialmente la coordinadora Rosi y su buena reputación en la zona. Sin embargo, la gestión del negocio presenta serias deficiencias debido al trato inadecuado del propietario hacia empleados, clientes y sus familias, además de que los precios resultan elevados para los servicios ofrecidos, lo que genera una valoración muy polarizada entre quienes valoran la atención directa y quienes han tenido conflictos con la dirección.

The feeling you get just upon entering is very positive. Their coordinator, Rosi, is very pleasant and dedicated to her work. I felt like I could leave my mother in good hands. Time will prove me right or wrong, but the feeling is very positive. They have everything you could need, and when it comes to scheduling, they've done everything possible to make it work around my work schedule.

The owner treats everyone terribly, from her employees to the clients and their children. She's a deplorable and incredibly rude person... I feel sorry for the caregivers who do their jobs well and are clearly dedicated to their work, only to have such a horrible boss.

The caretakers treat me well, but the owner is awful and disrespectful. She even shouted in the middle of the street and asked if we could have a coffee next door after dropping off my grandmother. It's also expensive. Not at all recommended.
