I happened to be there accompanying a colleague whose mother lives there, and the service I received from the receptionist (Victoria) was outstanding. Everything I saw in the lobby, from the cleanliness to the cleanliness, was impressive. Based solely on the service I received at reception, I can only imagine the quality of service from the staff in general.

The conditions at this place are deplorable. No one's family deserves to be there. The fact that there are hundreds of mosquitoes in the rooms is just one example of the milder problems that occur there.

I'll never forget the day I took my aunt there for a while. The moment we pulled in the ambulance, an attendant there told us what a time to arrive! Just like that, as if I enjoyed going there. The receptionist, shouting, later told me she had a problem: she hadn't had a day off... I couldn't care less. The rooms are falling apart, and you pay for TV only to have it turned off. On the positive side, my aunt was taken care of fairly well. I don't want to think about how they bathed her when they knew we had visitors; I really don't want to think about it. She told us on the last day that she wasn't eating. Apparently, two minutes pass, and if the elderly person says no, they assume no. In short, they don't know how to treat the elderly. For intermediate care, it's fine for minor injuries and temporary situations. But as a nursing home, no, it's a very dark place.

I wanted to thank the entire team for caring for my grandfather, for the care he received, both from my grandfather and from us, who were always available to answer any questions. A special mention to the nursing/assistant/management team. Our family is eternally grateful.

My aunt is there and we couldn't be happier. The facilities are wonderful, but the best part is the nursing staff. They are always attentive and available, communicating any issues instantly and resolving them with complete dedication. Their professionalism and efficiency are on another level. I couldn't feel my aunt is in better care. It's a new home for her, a true haven. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
