Opiniones

My grandmother has been there for 12 years. 12 years of love, attention, and dedication to her, during which my view of nursing homes has changed, 12 years without a single complaint. You have undoubtedly made my grandmother's final years a little happier. I can never thank you enough for everything she has experienced by your side. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much.

I can only express my gratitude and affection for all the staff who make up the magnificent and professional team at the Residence. My mother-in-law, a second mother to me, spent the last stage of her life there, happy and cared for, engaged in activities she enjoyed, and deeply grateful for the care she received. On her behalf, on my own behalf, and on behalf of the entire family, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful family at the Virgen del Carmen Residence.

It's a disgraceful nursing home that leaves someone who has lovingly and cared for her work as an assistant without a job. And they're hiring people who have treated my grandmother like a fucking rag. It's unfair. Complaints are never made and nothing comes of it. It's a disgrace that kids like this, who love their jobs, are left without jobs. An injustice. It will have repercussions on the nursing home management because now more than ever I feel more motivated to report all the irregularities that occur there.

Good afternoon. My in-laws have been in this care home for three months. When we visited, everything seemed wonderful. However, once we contracted their services, it was nothing like that. First of all, they had COVID. My mother-in-law tested positive, but my father-in-law did not, so my mother-in-law was isolated. My father-in-law is completely dependent. When my mother-in-law's quarantine ended, she was awful. My father-in-law had worsened; we found him in bed, unshaven and unkempt. When we asked how he was, they answered that he was fine. Since then, there has been a significant decline, as he was hospitalized with numerous bedsores which caused an infection. I hope he recovers well, but please remember that they are elderly people. If we take them to care homes, it's because we believe they will be better off, not worse off. Please, be humane. You leave much to be desired. Thank you.

Very unprofessional and lacking in empathy when answering questions and providing information about the residence. They were constantly on their phones (it's true that these days most people are like that all the time).
