It's shameful! After a year of my grandfather being locked up and isolated due to COVID, now that he's finally immune and I can see him, it's been nothing but problems. They've used absurd excuses to forbid me and my mother from spending time with him. I even had to call the police to get the complaint book, as they kept refusing to let me in. It's more like a prison than a care home. If you care about your family member at all, DON'T PUT THEM THERE.

It's a place where the residents are very well cared for and looked after by the staff. The treatment is incredibly loving and humane. The food and cleanliness are its strong points; without a doubt, it's the best residence for our elderly.
