Sin embargo, existe una rigidez en la aplicación de normas que puede afectar la experiencia de las familias, como se evidencia en la falta de flexibilidad ante situaciones excepcionales, y hay casos puntuales donde la experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria.

Good afternoon. Until now, and for several years now, I hadn't asked for anything. But today I asked if they could please let my mother in 5 minutes early because she had a medical test and was running late, and even though everyone was there, they wouldn't allow it.
