Opiniones

Unfortunately, the lack of staff is impacting the quality of care. Long and uncomfortable waits to go to the bathroom; there's no staff to take her down to occupational therapy in the afternoons. Bibs aren't always available, and my mother has had stains on her blouse more than once. They've "distracted" her mobile phone charger; they've lost a compression stocking, and we have to complain, complain, and complain to get it. I ate better in the army than my mother does in this care home. They serve fish like lemon sole, which should be banned. The tomato empanadas are legendary—why is that the only ingredient? It's a disaster for the €2,700 they charge per dependent resident.

Excellent treatment by the team (reception, assistants, doctors, nursing, cleaning, maintenance and laundry, management team, therapists, psychologists, social workers) both with the user and his family. We had our father during the last year of his life and until the very end they cared for him with a love and good work that we are deeply grateful for. He left very well cared for and with much love.

While not a palace, it functioned well and the residents were well cared for, but lately, it's clear they're short-staffed. I felt compelled to write today because when I went to change my mother, there were no diapers or clothes available. I had to find her clothes myself since they haven't been distributed for three days. In another bathroom, I found a woman alone, crying in the dark; I don't know how long she'd been there. In the dining room, the tables were bare, without tablecloths or napkins, which has been the case for several days. Many staff members are on sick leave or time off, and those who remain are at their breaking point.

I write this review with great sadness, but I feel it is necessary to denounce what is happening at this facility. I have personally witnessed very disturbing situations: elderly people left without water for extended periods, staff raising their voices and treating residents with little kindness or respect. A place that should represent protection and tranquility cannot tolerate this type of behavior. The elderly deserve attention, dignity, and care, not neglect or mistreatment. I sincerely hope that the relevant authorities will intervene to verify the actual conditions and guarantee the residents the respect and quality of life that every elderly person deserves.

Horrible experience and horrible nursing home, especially because of the staff. My father was there for almost four months, and his condition worsened rapidly. When he arrived at the hospital, he was completely dehydrated; they hadn't given him any liquids for a long time... in the middle of July... and he died two days later in the hospital. This nursing home is not at all recommendable. Not to mention the lost belongings, the unexplained fees they charge, etc.
