Opiniones

From the outside, you can tell when a center is running well, and this is one of those cases. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is friendly and always willing to explain anything clearly. One thing that really stands out is how they maintain communication with families: they keep them informed, call when necessary, and take the time to answer questions without rushing.

We are so grateful to the whole team. My grandfather is happy there, well cared for and surrounded by loved ones. Every time we visit him, he seems cheerful and well looked after. That is priceless to us.

Unfortunately, and much to my regret, I must mention the mistreatment I received from the social worker and management. This mistreatment wasn't limited to me; the social worker at the care home my father was fortunately transferred to also suffered. The day I had to pick up my father, after they arbitrarily assigned me a specific day, no one was there to give me his belongings or any reports, despite assuring me that the social worker in question would be present. I had to go back another day to collect my father's things, and to this day, I can say with certainty that it's best not to take your elderly relatives to this care home. I could continue providing details about the horrific experience and the lack of humanity shown by certain employees who should seriously reconsider whether they chose the right profession.

A place where the service makes all the difference. It's clear they not only care for the elderly, but also support families throughout the entire process. They're always willing to explain, help, and patiently assist. A very good overall impression.

The staff is a real strength. There's a noticeable good coordination and a positive atmosphere among them, which ultimately translates into excellent care for the elderly residents and their families. They're friendly, approachable, and professional.
