I left a message asking the person in charge to call me back. Blanca, who I believe is the manager, called me back within 5 minutes. She explained everything very well about the center's operations, schedules, activities, and prices. She was incredibly helpful, explaining all the steps I need to take to request the necessary paperwork, where to call, where to go, etc. I was completely unfamiliar with this process until I needed to start working on it for my mother. I was very anxious and struggling because I didn't know where to begin, and Blanca reassured me, helped me, and provided information without any ulterior motives. You rarely find people as kind as Blanca. Thank you so much. The center is in good hands and has a great reputation for a reason. I imagine they also have excellent staff who provide wonderful service.

My father is being treated terribly, and his wedding ring, signet ring, and dentures have "disappeared," as well as his walking stick. When my mother went there today, she saw him in the umbrella stand, which they've been telling her for months is missing. My father travels back and forth in their transport. Now the problem is that they can't stand him because he's unwell; they call us constantly and intend to keep him sedated all day. It's not a suitable place for people with dementia. As soon as we can, we'll move him. Oh, and I'm giving him one star because they won't let me give him less.

I am very grateful for the care my mother always received. We were always guided by the coordinator, Patricia, in addition to the personal attention my mother received from the assistants Iván, Mercedes, Paulina, and especially Juan, or Juanito as she affectionately calls him. They treat my mother very well. She goes to the day center every day, very happy. All the staff are wonderful, and the new coordinator, Marimar, is a delight and attentive to everything.
