My mother, Chelo, attended this day center until September of last year, for two years. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care she received, both physically and emotionally. I want to thank Fátima, the director, and the rest of the team for their dedication and commitment, but I would especially like to mention Laura, her nurse, who was always attentive to her needs. She went there happy, and it gave her family great peace of mind. Thank you for everything.

My father-in-law was enjoying the center until last Tuesday, when he sadly passed away. From the first day he arrived, he always told me how well he was treated and how comfortable he felt with all of you. I am very grateful for the kindness, affection, attention, and care that my father, who has been at this center for three months, conveys to me about the care he receives at this center. I also appreciate the professionalism of the caregivers, their closeness, and the services and activities they encourage him to participate in. I also see an improvement in his mood and mobility; the exercise he does keeps him more active, and he walks better. My mother will soon be attending as well, and it is a relief for my father and me to be cared for by this team, from those who ride in the transport to those who help him at the center. I am grateful that they are providing this humane care to my father at this stage of his life, where he already recognizes his fragility and vulnerability. I know they will do everything possible to make my mother feel comfortable during this transition. I want to give a shout-out to Fatima, the director; she is very supportive and kind, and she also demonstrates her empathy. Thank you all.

The care provided by all the staff is excellent. They are very attentive to the people they care for, even when they can't come in due to health problems. I appreciate that they took the time to call and check on my mother. She misses them at the hospital and tells us how well they treat her. Thank you very much.
