Opiniones

After three months in the care home, my mother has been completely neglected. However, when I visited her the other day, I noticed a head wound with a brush mark. My mother told me that a woman had hit her twice during an argument, and the staff at the facility did nothing to intervene. I absolutely do not recommend this care home.

My experience at this care home has been very negative. My mother, who has Alzheimer's, managed to escape from the facility without anyone noticing, and the management unfairly blamed the relatives of other residents. Furthermore, she suffered a bite that tore off a piece of her ear, and no one could explain what happened. Residents with Alzheimer's are kept in a single room, without adequate care or separation between calm and violent individuals. I do not recommend this place due to the lack of supervision and care.

Honestly, my mother, who has stage 3 Alzheimer's, is in a Day Center. I've been to several nursing homes, and this one stands out for its compassion, the joy they bring to the residents, and the wide range of activities they offer our elderly. But the entire staff is truly wonderful! They're like family to me. I wish there were more centers like this. I will fight to have her admitted to a nursing home, as I explained to the Madrid Regional Government's Department of Dependency. There's no other center like it! And especially to Alicia, the caregiver at the Day Center! I've learned so much from her about managing my mother's Alzheimer's. You're a gem, a big kiss! My mother is now in a community-run nursing home. The assistant director told me she has to spend four months there, but I have to wait another four months before they transfer her back to Vitalia. I'm desperately hoping those months will pass so she can return to Vitalia, which is like her home. I pray that it happens.

Excellent residence. The facilities are very well maintained and adapted, but the best thing is undoubtedly the staff's kindness. Their care, professionalism, and dedication are evident in every detail. I especially want to highlight Silvia for her warmth, constant attention, and excellent management skills. We feel reassured knowing our loved one is in good hands.

I wanted to file a formal complaint against Socorro. After five years of my mother being in the care home, we've tolerated several things, but this time it's gone too far. If she doesn't take action, the mayor will be upset to make a decision. A person named Socorro shouldn't be in this position. On two occasions, we arranged to visit my mother for lunch and even made a restaurant reservation, but when we arrived, they served her instead. Socorro doesn't listen to complaints; she only threatens us, saying there are security cameras. This is why I'm so upset with the management. Please take this matter seriously.
