The treatment of our elderly residents by the new management of the center is appalling. Since the new director took over, our residents have lacked basic services (food, daily supplies, hygiene, etc.). They are going hungry, and on several occasions, they have suffered from scabies within the center. The contracted staff is not qualified to care for them, and they excuse themselves by saying there aren't enough of them. I witnessed a woman having to pick up scraps of toilet paper from the floor to clean herself, as there was no paper in any of the toilets or tissues. They have no shame; our elderly residents deserve respect. Furthermore, we asked for the complaints book, and no one knew where it was. It took more than 30 minutes to get one, and to top it all off, the pen didn't work. They gave us another one, and we had to share it among several affected residents to write the complaint. Several family members filed a complaint on the same day.

My mother has been there for almost a year; she has dementia. And they've always been understanding of her situation. Good facilities, good staff, always attentive to her and very personalized because they always call her by name. From the care team in the lounge, in her room, the nursing and doctors, the psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social worker, and the administrative staff, as well as the kitchen staff. And, to name a few, the limited laundry staff. They're dedicated to their jobs, but they have a lot of work, like the rest, but you can notice the time it takes to label the clothes. And forgive me if I've forgotten anyone. For the rest, the gardens are very well maintained now and very clean. Thank you so much for taking care of my mother.

I'm very pleased with the care provided by the entire staff, and a special mention goes to the occupational therapy and physical therapy teams, who are doing an impressive job in my mother's recovery. The social worker's excellent work for her care, dedication, and support to the family members.

With this contemptuous and rude tone, the center's director addresses the families of the elderly residents in writing, given the flood of complaints and claims the facility is receiving. "It's very easy to criticize without having the slightest clue," he dares to say. Do we really deserve someone like this managing a nursing home that receives an agreement with the Community of Madrid? And don't even get me started on how he treats his employees...

A terrible experience for our elderly residents, who were terrified, malnourished, and had some staff members trying to deny us complaint forms. There was a lack of hygiene for our elderly residents with reduced mobility, and a shortage of supplies like soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms. Some of the reception staff tried to coerce and provoke us. We were trying to avoid a situation where this residence is getting worse every day due to disastrous management and coordination.
