El Centro de día SANIVIDA Latina cuenta con un equipo profesional y dedicado que ha ganado la confianza y gratitud de la mayoría de las familias, destacándose por su trato cálido, atención constante y comunicación abierta con los allegados de los usuarios. Sin embargo, existe al menos un caso reportado de negligencia que resultó en la retirada de un paciente, lo que sugiere que la calidad del servicio podría no ser consistente en todos los casos.

My mother, who has Alzheimer's, has been attending this center on Doctor Blanco Soler Street for several years, and we have nothing but good things to say. All the staff are a fantastic team. My mother has been cared for by wonderful professionals; the affection, attention, and communication have been constant. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the doors have always been open to the family, at any time. Congratulations to everyone who is part of this great team, and our sincere gratitude.

Hello, staff of the Sanivida Aluche Latina day center! (Please excuse the delay; I haven't been very good with computers until now). I wanted to thank you (through this medium) for the care you gave (for eight and a half years) to my dear mother, Macaria Hurtado López, who is now in peace and glory (with her loved ones who preceded her on that path: family, friends, and acquaintances, for the last two and a half years). The wonderful care Maca received here (at the "school," as we affectionately called it) is what she also took with her to Heaven (among other things). Best wishes to everyone! Happy New Year!

I wasn't very happy with the treatment. I had to remove my husband due to negligence on the part of the center, and they haven't even bothered to find out how he's doing. I'm very disappointed.
