My father-in-law went there for a while, and although at first, when he was admitted, everything seemed very nice and professional, over time we've realized that nothing was as promised. The physiotherapy is a scam. They're supposed to work with patients and adapt the exercises to their specific conditions, and they even give you a report detailing everything they're going to do, the goals, and the improvements needed to achieve results and get them better... The reality is that there's only one physiotherapist (Adriana) and a few assistants for a large number of people, and they don't have time to work thoroughly with my father-in-law, relegating him to very superficial exercises that don't align at all with the objectives outlined in the report. They tell you to pay an extra 40 euros per session if you want more personalized attention, but that's not what they promised when we signed the contract and everything was presented in such a wonderful way, and the report doesn't reflect the therapies it promised in any way. In the case of people in wheelchairs, they're left sitting all day, while those who use crutches or walkers are taken for walks with the help of an assistant, and always in the common room, because they aren't allowed out for even five minutes of fresh air. Those in wheelchairs just sit there all day, parked like furniture. They tell you they organize weekend excursions, and I've only seen one in six months. Despite all the posters and advertising that make everything seem easy and happy. Regarding the transportation, I find it quite shameful and inhumane that in the middle of a storm (with lightning and heavy rain), they drive on the road in those conditions and rush your relative to get home, as if they were a burden, allowing the danger of the storm to cause an accident or leaving the grandfather and the relative soaked to the bone, instead of waiting 5-10 minutes for the storm and rain to let up a bit, as they do at my brother's daughter's school, where they wait for it to clear up (we're talking about 5-10 minutes, not an hour). I also don't understand the staff changes. They removed some young men who were on the route (a dark-haired one with glasses) who were very good at handling wheelchair transfers, and in their place they put a short, teenage-looking boy who doesn't have the strength and dexterity to maneuver the wheelchair. He always has trouble removing the chair from the harnesses; it's clear he struggles and doesn't handle it well. One day, my girlfriend even had to help him get my father-in-law out because this guy couldn't manage my father-in-law's weight. In the end, my father-in-law didn't want to go, and he came back dejected, very apathetic, and even in a bad mood. He told us he felt like a burden there, that although they were kind to him, they hardly did any work for him, and many times he didn't even want to go. So, my girlfriend was just as overwhelmed as before because out of the two days he was supposed to go, sometimes he only went one or not at all, because he didn't feel comfortable. She also told us that sometimes he asked to go to the bathroom and they took a long time to take him. My girlfriend went to see him several times, and she always found him alone at a table, like an outcast, with a magazine, and nobody paid him any attention. They don't tell you what he does there, and nothing has improved; they only give him a check-up twice a year. We admitted him here because of the good reviews and the spectacular advertising, but I see that the bad things I've heard about senior centers are true, especially for people who, unfortunately, are more difficult to manage because they are disabled and use wheelchairs. The staff is very friendly, but this place isn't adapted for disabled people. I'm sorry to give such a review, but I think these things hurt, and we were paying for something. Furthermore, we signed a contract where the center committed to providing him with a series of therapies for balance and mobility, and this wasn't fulfilled. On top of that, the center is more expensive than any other; they charge €625 for two days when other places don't charge more than €400. Our family doctor told us that he wasn't making any progress with that physiotherapist, so we ended up taking him out.

Great day center. I have no words of gratitude, from the first to the last member of this great family, because that's how my mother felt there. Spectacular treatment for both the resident and the family. The peace of mind one feels when they're there. I have nothing but words of gratitude for everyone. Thank you all so much for the kindness you've shown, the humane treatment, and the love I've received. I will recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you, thank you, thank you a thousand times over. ❤️

The best speech therapist I've ever known. Always attentive to my mother's needs, and she always went to her sessions with pleasure. And the center's director is another gem. Offering solutions to all of life's challenges. And always with a smile. Thank you. In a very short time, you've improved my mother's life.

This is undoubtedly a great example of a Day Center. I completed my psychology internship at this center and I couldn't be happier or more grateful for everything I learned, both professionally and personally, about caring for the elderly. The staff is very approachable and always prioritizes the safety, comfort, and ease of care for the client. I highly recommend choosing this center for your internship.

My mother arrived at the center after having a very bad experience. She went with some apprehension, but she has been so happy there. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire Villa Saluten team for the love and dedication with which they cared for my mother during her stay. She has been happy. She loved to sing and paint. And boy, did she sing... I'll say it again. Thank you so much for making Villa Saluten Pradillo a place where my mother has felt welcomed and loved.
