My aunt, who suffers from Alzheimer's, has been in this home for just under two years. What a shame she couldn't have come sooner! And how sad that she couldn't have stayed a little longer before inevitably entering a nursing home. Yes, Parque de las Avenidas has also been her home. She has been cared for with such love and professionalism that I have no doubt in saying that each member of this impeccably managed and coordinated team has become like family to her. I won't mention names because it would be unfair to leave out even one of them. What distinguishes this new family is their ability to resolve every situation with an efficiency and naturalness that almost makes you forget the difficulty of their work. They provide solutions tailored to each moment, something that is only possible thanks to meticulous planning and constant dedication. They not only ensure that the residents are comfortable and at ease, but also that they receive the necessary stimulation to participate in the activities that benefit them most. They take our concerns for our loved one to heart, they listen attentively, and they maintain constant and clear communication. The shared schedule fosters even more trust. While my aunt was with them, my peace of mind was almost absolute. She couldn't have been in more competent and compassionate hands. My deepest and most sincere gratitude. My husband, who has dementia, had a very brief but wonderful stay. The communication over the phone was reassuring, but upon visiting the facility, I could feel the warmth and care they provide to everyone. I can only express my gratitude and congratulations, from the director, María Jesús, and her son, Pablo, to all the staff for their professionalism, kindness, and empathy towards the families. My mother-in-law has been at the Center for years and is happy to go there. She has always received wonderful, friendly, and very humane treatment. María Jesús, the director, and her entire team care for the patients as if they were part of their own family. They are excellent; they just need a new van!

This day center is fantastic. They treat and care for the people who attend exquisitely and with great care, which for me is the most important thing. They also have many activities every day, not limited to traditional activities but also organizing workshops and live music sessions. The entire staff is very friendly, from the director to the driver in the car that brought my husband home, including the physiotherapist, the therapist, the psychologist, the doctor, and all the support staff. Without a doubt, highly recommended.
