    I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the staff at this care home. From the first person at the entrance to everyone who cares for my mother daily—doctors, psychologist, physiotherapists, caregivers, activity coordinators, social workers, administrative staff, and so on—each and every one is a highly professional individual who is always concerned about the well-being of the residents, providing them with love and peace of mind. The family is kept fully informed of her progress at all times, and during our frequent visits to the center, we always receive the warmth, empathy, and support provided by this fantastic team.

I would especially like to highlight the psychologist, Vanessa, whose compassion and professionalism make a real difference. Her warmth, empathy, and dedication ensure that the residents feel heard, supported, and valued. She makes each person feel unique and special. The rest of the staff also do excellent work. A continuous improvement in quality and reputation is clearly evident, a result of the addition of highly qualified and committed personnel.     Light and shadow. Staff attention was adequate, both professionally and personally (although with a few exceptions). Good facilities. Excellent rehabilitation and therapy. Reasonable food quality. However, the laundry room was completely organizationally disastrous, with a significant amount of clothing missing without explanation. Although those responsible acknowledged the situation (it cannot be otherwise when there is a signed inventory) and accepted compensation, these situations, which cause obvious inconvenience to residents and their families, simply should not occur.

    Dear Director, this is the worst management I have ever witnessed! Yesterday I was in my relative's room, and the smell was unbearable! Your feet stuck to the floor, it was so filthy. I've even seen cockroaches crawling on the bathroom floor. It's heartbreaking that our elderly are kept in these conditions! My relative also complains about the food and the staff. They ask for medication, water, and help using the bathroom—things they need for daily life—and only do them when it suits them or when they remember (not to mention that they completely ignore our relatives). It's so sad that the Community of Madrid is responsible for these people and doesn't take into account their situation and the conditions they live in. There are no inspections of these residences to check on the well-being of our elderly. There are social workers in the centers, but I wonder what they're actually doing there? In those centers, they don't know how our elderly residents are doing. There are people who can't manage on their own; they should be looking after them. It's very sad that I've tried to speak with the director three times and haven't been able to, and she hasn't returned my call. I spoke at reception to ask to be put through to the director, and they said she would call me back. She never did. The same thing happened with the center's doctor; reception told me he would call me back, but he never did. I hope this is read and taken into account.
