Opiniones

Clothes get lost; we had to take them with us. When it's time to put the residents to bed, they're left alone; there's a serious staff shortage. The medical service is very good. The food was better a few months ago; now it's terrible. The staff are generally very good with the elderly. Because there's so little staff, they're overwhelmed, and some days when I arrive at 6 p.m., the room isn't even made, not even the bed. There are many cutbacks in general.

We are very pleased with the professional treatment my mother and sister receive, both in terms of care and the affection they show us, which we perceive from the staff in every activity. We are very grateful.

I want to thank all the staff at the Onacare Residence, from caregivers and doctors to nurses, all the other professionals, and even the cooks, for taking such excellent care of my 100-year-old mother, who is quite dependent. She has received loving and kind attention, and from what I can see, this extends to all the residents. My mother is calm and settled in at the center, and I can say with certainty that she is in good hands.

Excellent center and excellent staff. Thanks to Nuria, Tania, and Eva, who do an impressive job in their respective positions and gave me a warm welcome upon my arrival. Special mention to María José, a wonderful person and an even better professional, who dedicated a lot of time to teaching me and was always there for me. The center has impeccable facilities, thanks to the work of Ana H. and all her colleagues, who ensure everything is in order in the rooms, lounges, and laundry. The nursing staff are relentless in their efforts to help everyone improve. The physiotherapy team is all wonderful; I thank Jhon for his excellent work. I also deserve my thanks to Begoña and her colleague in charge of the kitchen; I thoroughly enjoyed the menu. And of course, I want to thank Guadalupe, Lisa, Elena, Johanna, Loredana, Jesús, and the rest of the staff. Eternally grateful to everyone.

The residence has good facilities, the food is good and plentiful, but they have a serious problem with the staff, which ultimately translates into a lack of attention to the residents. There's a lot of turnover and a lack of staff; they barely last three months. My mother has fallen countless times. The second-to-last time, she broke her femur and hip in the dining area, and another resident had to raise the alarm because there was no one in charge. And the last time, they didn't notify us of the fall until she ended up in the hospital emergency room, where she still hasn't been discharged, with three broken ribs. I hope this review helps them improve the quality of their service.
