Shameful, the smells and the service. Constant infections and Fernando keeping quiet about it. If they make mistakes, they don't take responsibility. And I'm posting this again, Fernando, because I don't know how you took it down. I have shameful photos. Get to work, that's what this center needs.

I'd love not to have to use the residence and not even have to leave reviews, but the surveys are useless; they must be internal to make a good impression. Maybe they'll actually listen here: the clothes are all mixed up, disappear, and are half-torn; you have to constantly buy everything. And even then, there's no underwear, socks, or t-shirts. There are some things that work, some nice people who work helping the residents... to them, thank you.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I had a relative there for five years, and the care couldn't have been worse. Constant complaints with no results. It's a private company looking to make a profit. Insufficient staff who can't meet demands. Outdated medical staff with no interest in the well-being of people beyond giving them paracetamol (lucky if they get the dosage right). They "drop" the elderly on the floor and don't care or take responsibility. Disgusting food, dirty cutlery, they don't take them to the bathroom when they need it, and neither Lorena nor Fernando take the necessary measures to improve the quality of care for the residents, some of whom are psychiatric and shouldn't be there, either for their own good or for the good of others, as some are problematic. Constant smell of urine. There are many ways to treat (or mistreat) the elderly, and a lack of care is one of them. They just sit them in a chair and wait for the next shift. They're dying right under their noses, and they don't do anything to treat them. My relative arrived at the hospital practically dead, and that's because we took him there. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

Could be improved, much improved. Lack of staff, constant smell of urine. I give it a 3 for Lorena. If it were up to Fernando, it would be a 1.
