    Rude staff, unpleasant bosses, and very poor treatment of workers. In general, there are many rude staff members at the center. I heard insults directed at one of the workers, which the boss shouldn't tolerate, but instead ignored. The residence, in general, is quite shabby and, in my opinion, rather dirty.

    Rude and arrogant staff. I don't recommend anyone take their family member there; this behavior should not be tolerated. They should retrain the entire staff, because they leave a lot to be desired. Not at all recommended.

    We went to see it and it was an awful experience. The director was annoyed that we hadn't made an appointment. I don't know if you have to make an appointment to make it look nicer and hide the reality. The elderly residents, more than 15 of them with only one person caring for them. Later, he called us to see if we would keep the place and he was incredibly rude... our grandfather was lucky to have escaped that.

    AWFUL! They require you to comply with the Community of Madrid regulations regarding filing reports even for a paracetamol or omeprazole, but the treatment of our elderly woman was appalling. They wouldn't change her position because they said the chair we had bought her was better than no position change (8 hours in a wheelchair), and they didn't even move her legs or arms. Although, as happened to us, being hospitalized for 15 days won't be deducted from your monthly fee, that's really the least of it; the worst thing is the treatment they gave our grandmother.
