I want to emphasize that the detailed facts are fully known to management. This is not a widespread failure of protocols or in a specific area, but rather the behavior of one particular nurse. It is incomprehensible that, despite her repeated errors, management continues to protect her instead of taking action. I am writing this review to warn families who have or are considering placing their loved ones in this residence. A nursing professional, E., continues to work at the facility, and her actions have been reported by several families for alleged malpractice, which reportedly caused serious harm to residents, including the recent death of one person. These matters are currently in the hands of lawyers for criminal prosecution. Although the situation has been reported to the facility's management, they have decided not to remove this professional from her position while these extremely serious events are investigated, allowing her to continue working and potentially endangering other residents. The nursing coordinator has even been explicitly asked, at the direct request of the families, to prevent this person from attending to certain residents, yet no effective measures have been taken. With the recent change in management, an improvement in administration was expected, but unfortunately, no decisions have been made to guarantee the safety and well-being of the residents and their families. How many more residents must die before this person is removed?

My parents and I have been at this center for almost a year now, and I want to highlight the excellent work of the current staff at this senior living residence. Their professionalism and dedication were evident from the very first moment; there has truly been a substantial and positive change compared to the previous management. Personally, I want to express my gratitude for the invaluable work of their staff, who are doing a magnificent job and making a very positive difference in our daily lives. Highly recommended.

We wish to express our deepest and most sincere gratitude for the year of care provided to our mother. The residence has been her home for these 365 days, and the care she has received has been wonderful. Therefore, we reiterate our thanks to the administration, medical team, physiotherapy, nursing, care assistants, cleaning staff, hairdresser, kitchen staff, chaplain, and all the other wonderful professionals. Congratulations and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything.

Good afternoon, I am Eduardo Martín (President of the Families' Council of the Domusvi Residence, Leganés). I would like to ask those of you who write reviews in which you have noticed a change that is nothing short of excellent since the new management arrived. We don't know if what you say is actually true, or if, on the contrary, it is a campaign orchestrated by someone, since you are the only ones who have noticed it. As President, I and the entire council completely disagree; everything has gone downhill. On Thursday the 22nd, we have a meeting with management so they can try to explain what is happening with absenteeism, the lack of diapers and bibs, and the neglect of the residence's maintenance. This review is addressed to all of you who have recently posted positive reviews. You can contact me or any member of the Council, and we can compare opinions. Thank you very much.

What is happening at this facility is intolerable and extremely serious. Today we requested to speak with a nurse to discuss a matter related to my father's care, and we were told there isn't one at the facility. Not one. We are talking about dependent individuals who require healthcare, not an optional service. It is unacceptable that nursing duties are being performed by nursing assistants. With all due respect to their work, they lack the training and clinical responsibility that corresponds to a nurse. The residents' health cannot be left to makeshift replacements. We appreciate the honesty of some assistants who have informed us that management has put out a call for interested assistants to substitute for nurses when there is no nurse available to cover shifts. And that is exactly what is happening today and on several afternoons. In other words, this situation is not an isolated incident: it is a practice that, we are told, is being allowed. Who is assuming the real healthcare responsibility for the residents? Are families being informed about this? Because it should be done immediately. We pay for a social and healthcare service with guaranteed nursing care, not for a bare minimum or a simple custodial service. We are outraged and genuinely afraid of how long our father will have to remain in this center. The management is, at the very least, irresponsible, and the lack of guarantees is scandalous. We demand urgent explanations and absolute transparency.
