A real disaster. Every time we leave my family member at this facility, the lack of professionalism and care for our seniors becomes more noticeable. Dirty rooms, infested with ants, bugs... Food poorly adapted to the needs of our seniors. Lack of care and empathy from the staff (not all of them). In short, it's truly sad... considering what it once was, we couldn't be more desperate.

My grandmother lives there and we're delighted. The staff are incredibly kind, the food is delicious (homemade), and the facilities are spotless. They organize activities for the residents to keep them entertained, and they have a fantastic time. I highly recommend it.

Today I'm leaving the residence, after five months, because of the food. I can't eat here… everything is frozen, poor quality, and badly cooked. Of the three cooks, only one does a halfway decent job. The rest is inedible. I've tried to talk to the director several times, but since she doesn't listen to anyone, there's nothing I can do. Mr. Agustín and his wife, Ángeles, also left the center because of the food. According to the director, the problem is my bad attitude. Maybe it's because my bad attitude is why they haven't cleaned the cafeteria windows for months, or why the caregivers are leaving because they can't take it anymore, or why I had to ask them to vacuum my room because it was full of dust bunnies… Yes… All of this must be because of my bad attitude. I have nothing but words of gratitude for the staff, both the caregivers and the physiotherapists, for treating me with such kindness (by the way, all three of my physiotherapists have left. Maybe that's my fault too). A few years ago, this residence was an excellent place to bring elderly people, but right now, it's an absolute disaster: the power goes out every day, there are days when there's no hot water, the air conditioning doesn't cool... and a thousand other things like that. In my opinion, it's all a consequence of poor management by the administration. What a shame.

My mother-in-law stayed for approximately a year. The experience was very positive, both from the staff, who were always attentive to our needs, and from the facilities. I'd especially like to highlight the gardens and common areas. Places where you can take a leisurely stroll or have a coffee with your loved ones. I felt like I was in a peaceful and calm place, where our elders are cared for. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team at Pinar de Aravaca.

Five months ago, we had to make the decision to place my mother-in-law in this care home due to mobility issues. We are so grateful to have found it. Despite her age, her mobility has improved, she is happy, and the staff are dedicated, kind, and always attentive.
