Opiniones

The elderly receive excellent care. It's a shame they go to care homes when we can no longer keep them at home, when they're already unwell and unable to enjoy the available activities.

Good morning, the place leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness; the restrooms smell of urine. For a center belonging to the Community of Madrid, this facility should be inspected more frequently. They should consider ventilating the place because of the heat, and the elderly residents are constantly asking for water, with dry mouths. The library isn't as it appears in the photos; it's full of old newspapers and magazines. The cafeteria only opens at 10:30 a.m. They advertise it as a 24-hour center—for whom? I felt compelled to go at 8:00 a.m., and the person who opened the door was a resident who was just wandering around. There should be more themed exhibits, and I think there should be more staff and some ambient classical music. Regards

A real disaster at the nursing home. Constant negligence. They don't answer calls for assistants on days. Other days they don't give the medication prescribed by the doctor. They keep them in bed from 8:30 p.m. until 11:00 a.m., so they can't attend the activities and services included in the price. It's a complete disgrace. I'm currently in the process of filing a complaint with the Community of Madrid.

Four years ago, I gave this residence the highest rating, and today I stand by that assessment. My mother spent two years at the Day Center and then five years in the residence until she passed away this past February. Despite the pain of having your mother in a place that isn't your home, we feel she couldn't have been in a better place. Thank you so much for the care and affection you gave her and the rest of the family.
