Aunque algunos usuarios mencionan que la ubicación puede resultar algo lejana, este aspecto menor no afecta su satisfacción general, reflejada en calificaciones perfectas y expresiones de profunda gratitud por la calidad de la atención brindada a sus familiares.

My sincerest thanks to the care home. We were very worried about my parents during this move, and everything has been for the better. They are well-fed and dressed, clean, and supervised at all times. The staff is caring and polite, the administration is efficient and helpful, the medical supervision is attentive, the food is good, and the care home is very clean. We are delighted. When this residence was assigned to my mother, and I happened to see the rating while searching on Google, I almost fainted. Then I read the reviews, and it was even worse. I decided to go there and see it for myself before accepting the placement, and what a surprise I found! I'm telling you, don't be influenced by what other people write, and don't take my word for it either; every experience is unique. I can say that my experience to this day has been excellent. The staff I've dealt with, from the caregivers to the director, Alba, and the assistant director, have treated us with exceptional courtesy, understanding, and genuine kindness. Thank you, Universe, for putting such wonderful people in our path.
