I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Amavir Pozuelo for the extraordinary care they have provided my grandmother. When a family entrusts the well-being of a loved one to a care facility, they do so with a mixture of hope and fear; therefore, finding a place where the treatment is so humane, respectful, and professional is a true relief and, over time, brings profound peace of mind. Throughout her stay, we have witnessed constant and very well-coordinated care, both in terms of medical treatment and personal attention. The medical team has demonstrated rigor, sound judgment, and responsible follow-up; the nursing staff, impeccable dedication and attentive monitoring; and the caregivers, a warmth, patience, and gentleness that can only be explained by true vocation. At Amavir Pozuelo, you don't perceive a perfunctory approach, but rather genuine care, where the dignity of the elderly is always paramount. I want to give special mention to Carmen, whose commitment has been simply admirable. The way she treated my grandmother—with respect, serenity, and affection—has made an enormous difference. Always willing to help, to be there for her, and to bring calm, Carmen embodies the kind of professional who doesn't just care: she dignifies. For the family, having people like her is an immense support, especially during difficult times. Thank you to the entire Amavir Pozuelo team for their work, their compassionate care, and for looking after my grandmother with such attention. It's a center that exudes both professionalism and warmth. Highly recommended.

The conditions are appalling. I came to visit my aunt, and they have her in a corridor they call a "module." The musty smell and lack of ventilation are unbearable. The floor is filthy, covered in feces, and you'd stick to it. The bedroom doors are dirty, and the entrance and exit doors have broken parts, posing a risk of injury. The radiators are broken and have been filthy for months. The bathroom where they change their clothes looks like a storage room. I'm very upset.

I wanted to leave this review to express my gratitude for the care my family member received at Amavir Pozuelo during their stay. The team was courteous and respectful, providing constant attention every day. I especially appreciate the professionalism of the medical, nursing, and support staff, as well as the overall organization of the facility. All in all, it was a very positive experience and a service that brings peace of mind to the family.

My experience has been positive. My relative has been in this care home for the last four years of their life. Previously, they had been in another care home, and I was able to compare. I am grateful for the care and attention provided by the auxiliary staff, as well as the nursing and medical staff, during a time when they were very dependent. I definitely made the right decision in moving to this care home. I would like to highlight the friendliness of the reception staff. The nursing staff were especially attentive to the needs of the residents, and particularly to my relative. The management team was friendly and receptive to my feedback. The social worker was always very cordial and efficient in facilitating the necessary procedures. THANK YOU!

Overall, it's good, with some exceptions: poorly trained staff and, especially, a very bad opinion of Dr. Fernando, which I believe reflects the feelings of many families. His lack of education and empathy with family members and residents, his arrogance, and in some cases, his neglect of residents' health monitoring significantly overshadow the work of many other professionals there.
