Opiniones

My aunt happily goes to school. She tells us stories that happen to her, in her own way, and has some friends. The staff is very friendly and approachable, and the school administrators are attentive; they listen to you and answer any questions that may arise on a daily basis.

I can't give it a minus 1, otherwise I would. A complete lack of control in all areas, starting with management. No motivation for guests. The food is scarce and of poor quality. Etc. I would definitely never recommend it.

There's a worker at the day center who has little to no empathy for the families of the elderly who stay there. She's also not exactly patient. Her name is Pilar, and my sister and I were severely mistreated by her.

The team that picks up elderly people from the streets should definitely learn manners and, above all, compassionate behavior. If you ask for compassion towards yourselves and the elderly you pick up, you must also be compassionate. You don't stop your vans in the designated areas, obstructing the passage of other vehicles and, therefore, hindering their transit, which often includes crying babies or people who can't wait. You're not the only ones, nor the first. Every day I see a van double-parked during its pickups, even though it could stop in a designated area where it doesn't interfere. Practice compassion yourselves.

Everyone who comes every day is very happy with the treatment and service they receive from the assistants, nurse, physiotherapist, and doctor.
