El Centro de día AFA Alcalá recibe amplia valoración positiva por su profesionalismo, compasión y excelente atención al paciente y la familia, con un equipo calificado y servicios variados que generan gratitud en los usuarios. Sin embargo, existe una limitación importante: el centro es más adecuado para pacientes en estadios iniciales de Alzheimer y puede no estar completamente equipado para manejar casos más avanzados que requieren cuidados intensivos, lo que ha llevado a algunos usuarios a buscar alternativas especializadas.

This day center is suitable for Alzheimer's patients in the early stages when they don't require much attention. However, once the stage requires more intensive care, the center, in my opinion, is not equipped to handle it. We had to move my father to a different center in this advanced stage because they were calling us to pick him up on several occasions since they couldn't manage him properly. The change was a considerable improvement at the Paraíso Azul day center, where he received the time and attention he needed.
