Unfortunately, I can't give it negative stars. Terrible!! If you love your elderly relatives, don't take them there. I feel incredibly helpless! My mother was only admitted for a short time, but long enough to leave with serious health problems that were hidden from us. She literally only lasted three days after leaving that hellhole. They didn't even tell us about a fall she had. "Fatal" doesn't even begin to describe that place.

My experience couldn't have been better. Both the staff's attention and the condition of the facilities were excellent. Thank you for the care you provide to our family member; it's a relief to know they are in good hands.

The last time I visited this place, they used restraints for people. I mean, they have people tied to chairs, causing them tremendous stress. I assume the independent users are fine. Those on the second and third floors will live out their remaining days locked up without ever being able to get some sun or breathe fresh air.

I would like to thank the great team at this nursing home, all of them professionals. I had to admit my father at 94 years old, having just been discharged from the hospital. He is currently in the adjustment period, and so am I, his daughter. That's why I want to thank the kindness, the affection, and the words of encouragement from all the staff at this nursing home. Even if you leave with a broken heart for leaving your father in such a state of disrepair, they explain and help you UNDERSTAND.

It was a terrible experience until we finally managed to get my father out of there. You can't see his room or his belongings. It took three months before a podiatrist finally saw him for a foot infection. My father was terrified, but thank God he's now in a welcoming place where he's being treated like royalty. A humane hospital is not a place of rest.
