El Servicio de centro de día El Tossalet presenta opiniones muy divididas entre los usuarios. Mientras algunos destacan la amabilidad del personal, la buena comunicación con las familias y el cuidado dedicado a los residentes, otros reportan problemas graves como falta de supervisión que ha permitido que residentes abandonen el centro sin ser notados, gestión deficiente y respuesta inadecuada ante incidentes. Las críticas más severas cuestionan la capacidad de la dirección para resolver problemas de forma autónoma y señalan problemas de seguridad y consideración hacia las familias.

I can't give the center any stars. My relative left the center without anyone noticing and the center's response was that they didn't want him and that we had to go get him. A center with few resources and with disastrous management. Lack of consideration and unacceptable behavior towards the family. If you truly need this service for a grandparent in your household, it's best not to take them to this residence. At the slightest problem, they call you to take them home. They are incapable of controlling the residents and resolving any issues themselves. The director is incompetent, to say the least; what she excels at is emotionally manipulating the family. And be careful... because the doors are open, and this isn't the first time a grandparent has escaped and been found by a neighbor.
