Esta discrepancia entre valoraciones positivas y negativas sugiere una inconsistencia en los estándares de cuidado entre diferentes miembros del personal.

First of all, thank you for the bouquet of flowers and the letter you sent us when my mother left us and was already home once she recovered I would also like to thank you for everything you did for my mother all this time and also for making everything easier for the family. If more than one person knew how the elderly are treated there... if only you could see how some are bathed in bed, how they're fed, how their diapers are changed, sometimes, or how they're spoken to... it's all a pretty facade, but you don't know the reality many of them live, especially those who can't express themselves or have dementia. I know the kind of treatment they receive in this residence, and it's not good. There are caregivers of all kinds, but some of the women leave much to be desired, especially considering they have the qualifications to work in this profession.
