Centre de Dia Joviar recibe opiniones altamente polarizadas: la mayoría de usuarios destacan la excelente atención médica y de enfermería, el trato humano y profesional del personal, así como las agradables instalaciones y entorno natural que facilitan la recuperación y bienestar de los mayores. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy crítica que denuncia graves fallos en la supervisión y seguridad, reportando caídas con consecuencias serias y falta de transparencia en la comunicación de incidentes, lo que genera preocupación sobre la consistencia en los estándares de cuidado.

Very bad experience with this residence. The treatment of people and their families is poor, and the lack of control has caused serious accidents. My mother had never fallen before going there, and here she suffered two falls in a row in 15 days, with hospitalization and one of them with a skull fracture. They do not assume responsibility or facilitate access to information about what happened. My parents are afraid to return to this place. I do not recommend it at all.

My mother has been admitted to the Joviar Residence in Lleida for almost three years and we are delighted, both in the professional and human treatment. The facilities in the middle of the Horta de Lleida are ideal for an ideal environment for the elderly and for family visits. I am fully convinced that Joviar is the best residential and day center in Lleida.
