El Centre de dia del Pirineu recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas destacando la calidad de atención, amabilidad del personal y unas instalaciones bien diseñadas para el bienestar de los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la disponibilidad telefónica, ya que se reportan dificultades para contactar con la residencia, lo que afecta la comunicación entre familias y sus seres queridos.

I've tried contacting this care home several times to speak with my aunt, but unfortunately, they never answer the phone. It's very worrying not being able to get any information or contact with a loved one. I hope they improve their phone service so we can have better communication with the residents' families.
