Centre de dia Betula Alba recibe opiniones muy variadas que reflejan inconsistencia en la calidad y el servicio. Mientras algunos clientes elogian la comida exquisita y el ambiente agradable, otros critican la falta de uniformidad en los platos, precios que no siempre justifican la calidad y problemas en la atención al cliente, particularmente respecto a la barrera del idioma. La residencia parece estar en fase de consolidación, con potencial para mejorar pero que aún necesita mayor consistencia para satisfacer a todos sus usuarios.

Very good food and perfect service in a very pleasant environment.

Cheap, but very, very fair in terms of quality and service. Four people had dinner, and after dinner, the best comments were: the beers and coffee. The croquettes were overly nutmeg, the salad was mayonnaise, the tomato salad with tuna belly was delicious, the snouts and tripe were very weak... Cheap, to be honest, although there are many places for the same price, and frankly, better ones. The Porto Vechio, which must be owned by the same people, is frankly superior. I suppose this one is still very new and needs more experience. Cheer up.

Looking forward to going back! We had a fantastic dinner, the omelet was exquisite, the croquettes spectacular, the meatballs incredible... and to top it all off, the best cheesecake we've ever tried! Highly recommended, whether for a snack or for dinner with family or friends.

Unfortunately, the waitstaff didn't seem to understand that not speaking Catalan shouldn't lower the quality of customer service. I won't be returning.
