Opiniones

As the daughter of a resident, I absolutely do not recommend this care home. They leave doors and gates open, causing residents to fall, and they don't notify family members or the doctor to examine them and rule out more serious injuries. Our mother was hospitalized after overdosing on a tranquilizer prescribed by the care home doctor and administered by the staff, which caused her to go into a catatonic state, leading us to fear for her life. The social worker admitted that the residents are only bathed once or twice a week at most, which has led to infections in our mother. Our mother is anemic due to a poor diet and the fact that if she doesn't finish eating within an hour, her plate is taken away regardless of whether she has finished or not, and she is scolded by the caregivers for being too slow. They lose her clothes, tear them with scissors, and wash them at 60 degrees Celsius, reducing their quality so they no longer fit her. The social worker laughed in our faces when we expressed our concerns and requested a transfer to another care home. She threatened to "make it very difficult" in a mocking tone. Furthermore, there is only one caregiver for every 16 elderly residents, which is worrying. I even saw a blind woman bumping into a door because the caregivers weren't helping her. We fear for our mother.

I'm surprised to read bad reviews. My experience has always been good; they treat users like family, and the staff is always friendly and attentive.

My name is Elena. Fortunately, my mother stayed at this facility for only 11 days. The experience with the management and medical team was disastrous. I don't think they're trained to care for people in need. Speaking of the elderly, I can say that 90 percent of them require full daily care. I consider it an industrial warehouse full of grandparents who make money. Please note that when you sign the contract, even if your stay is only 10 days, you will be charged for the full month; this is stated in the contract. I would like to highlight the excellent work and treatment of the assistants. P.S. They charged us an extra charge of more than €200 and refused to provide a detailed invoice or explanation. A 10-day stay totaled €2,000. Be careful.

During the time my relative was at the care home, there were many things I didn't like at all. More than once she came home dirty and always wearing the same clothes; I rarely saw her in anything different. The work environment is very stuffy, and it's not much to do for entertainment because there's nothing to take the residents out for walks. Oh, and if you don't have a car, forget about it because the buses are a nightmare. An experience I wouldn't repeat.

We have a relative admitted so far well except today I saw a worker in the dining room scolding the elderly and treating them badly. I even saw how while feeding an elderly woman she hit her. What shocks me the most is that no worker said anything to her except the girl at reception who when I saw how she hit the elderly woman I told her so she could go and see what she was doing.
