Eternally grateful to this residence. The treatment of the residents and us, their families, is truly exceptional. I dare say it's the best residence in the city. More than a center, it's a family, and that's reflected in the love and dedication with which they care for each resident. My grandmother couldn't be happier, and we, seeing her so well cared for, are even more grateful. They also have a young, energetic, and dedicated team that manages to restore the residents' enthusiasm and zest for life, something that is priceless to us. The variety of activities, games, and entertainment they organize is a real treat. All that's left for me to do is express my deepest gratitude for so much love ♥️

I must say I'm very happy with the entire team and the facilities. My grandfather is very grateful and wants for nothing. He receives all the care and medical attention he needs, and the caregivers treat him wonderfully. It's a pleasure to have professionals like them, and knowing he's in the best hands helps me a lot. I recommend this residence without hesitation; there's no better place to leave your loved ones and have them cared for as they are there. Unfortunately, my experience at this care home was not positive; it was terrible. The treatment of residents leaves much to be desired, especially regarding care and respect for the elderly. Despite the facilities, the lack of empathy and human care from the staff was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place until they improve the quality of care and supervision. The elderly deserve respect, patience, and affection, and sadly, that's not what we found here.
