I want to share my experience as the son of residents. My father passed away last year, and the kind and wonderful treatment we received from each and every employee, as well as from management, was incredible. My mother is currently here, and she receives the same wonderful, professional, and dedicated staff—very welcoming, almost like family. The facilities look a little dated because they've been around for a long time, but they more than fulfill their purpose. Personally, I'm very satisfied. There are a few areas for improvement, of course, but I would recommend having a few more staff members because there are weekends when the staff, despite their best efforts, are overwhelmed. The facilities could also be updated a bit, but these are all minor things compared to the incredible potential of the staff: kind, approachable, and like family. Highly, highly recommended.
