Private center. Good service. Well located. Easy and convenient parking.

My grandmother has been there for several years. Since the lockdown, we've seen the care home deteriorate steadily. They don't cut my grandmother's nails, and they charge us for the podiatrist every month. They put socks and sandals on her, and when we see her feet, we're shocked. We've complained, but it seems they're not taking any action. They've been taking her out in the same clothes for three weeks now... It's truly outrageous, considering the huge amount my family pays every month. It's not just about the money; they're elderly and dependent. Please, the management needs to address this urgently. This didn't happen under the previous management...

They cancel my video calls, they block me from pre-arranged appointments when I go to see my mother, who has dementia. Sometimes a professional apologizes afterward, but the most common thing is that they treat me badly both at the time and afterward. They dismiss me with arrogant derision, saying, "What do they know?" In times of a pandemic. I'm going to have to leave, saddened because the medical and nursing care for my mother was very good, and she's very close to home. It's a terrible thing to pay more than 2,200 euros religiously for more than two years to avoid these things and be in the hands of just anyone. I think these places should be under state control and tightly controlled. Furthermore, the public service offerings should be broad, so we shouldn't be forced into this situation.

My mother and I have been there for three years and I have absolutely no complaints. Every single one of the staff members at the center is wonderful to our elderly residents.

It's a very beautiful place in hell.
