This nursing home is full of rude people. The director is a complete scoundrel. They constantly harass the neighbors who live above the residence. The staff spend hours smoking outside in the courtyard, so I don't know who's supposed to be looking after the poor elderly residents. Their manners leave much to be desired. Most of them are chavs with absolutely no shame or manners. It's a terrible service for our elderly.

If you want your family member to be well cared for, don't choose this nursing home. The healthcare is nonexistent, as my father has gone three months without care. The food is terrible; they call it Cuban rice when it's just cooked rice, peeled and peeled. The fruit is underripe and inedible, and the fish is full of bones. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. When he shared a room, he had to clean up his roommate's urine on the floor. He called several times, but no one came to clean up. Sometimes they've given him someone else's medication, which carries the risk that entails. Fortunately, he's now in another nursing home where the care is excellent, and blood tests have found he has vitamin deficiencies and anemia.

The nursing home staff, like the vast majority of healthcare workers, are highly professional and do everything they can to care for the elderly. However, the owner and management staff are unprofessional, lacking a shred of politeness and displaying a poor manner that I've seen in very few places that deal with the public. If you don't want your family member to suffer at the hands of these scoundrels who are only out to get your money, look for another nursing home. Your family member will be happier and have fewer problems elsewhere.

My grandmother was there until three days ago, and they treated her wonderfully, taking great care of her. The facilities were in perfect condition and the staff were very friendly.

Not recommended at all. Lack of transparency, lack of information, and utter inhumanity on the part of management towards the family. Poor healthcare.
