Mientras algunos destacan positivamente la amabilidad del personal, la calidad de la atención y las actividades ofrecidas, otros reportan experiencias negativas relacionadas con la falta de recursos, especialmente para personas con movilidad reducida, y problemas en la gestión del centro. Las valoraciones oscilan entre excelentes y muy deficientes, sugiriendo inconsistencias en la calidad del servicio o una atención muy variable según las necesidades específicas de cada residente.
