My grandmother has been there for a few months, and she's very happy. She's made an incredible change. She went from using a wheelchair to using a walker again, thanks to the physiotherapist and the care provided. The staff is wonderful, despite the workload they may have. Every request I make is resolved without hesitation and they help her. I feel very calm knowing she's in good hands. They're very flexible with arrivals and departures, and always with a smile. Great staff, thank you so much! Keep it up ❤️

My two grandparents were there for years. They were very well cared for and very loving. I remember that they always brought a smile to my grandmother's face, who could barely speak due to her illness. I'm so grateful for the treatment!

They're all shameless. They let my grandfather die. They wouldn't give him food or water, he was alone in a room, tied down (supposedly because he was getting aggressive). He would fall and they wouldn't tell us anything. We only realized it when we went to visit him and he would tell us he was in pain because he had fallen. He would get sick and they wouldn't notify anyone. In five months at the nursing home, he lost 30 kilos. He died yesterday. He arrived at the hospital sick and dehydrated. It's a disgrace. They also abandoned a woman who was caring for him, and she also died in just six months. They treat people like dogs.

If you care about your loved ones in the slightest, this isn't the place... Poor care, lack of attention, poor hygiene for guests, and generally very poor quality services for the cost of a stay there. Read this review before making a decision.

Three months ago, my family decided to take my grandparents to this nursing home. From experience, I do not recommend this home. They have demonstrated the incompetence and neglect this home offers. He had COVID and we were not notified. Some of their clothes went missing. Even when we visited, they came with other elderly people's clothes. After a month, he got an infection and developed an ulcer that he wore outside, and they did not treat it properly. Three months later, he died as a result of the infection. I hope this helps some family and helps prevent the inhumane treatment the elderly receive in this home.
